Meditation cushion from Nepal with a large mandala print and finely detailed embroidery. There is a zipper on the underside to access the inner cushion. This was filled with spelt husks by us here in Germany. It is fitted with a Velcro fastener. The amount of filling material can therefore be easily changed. Due to their stability, these cushions are particularly suitable for yoga and meditation, but can also be used as a headrest when reading.
