According to German law, consumers can return purchased goods within 2 weeks after delivery. It is not required to state a specific reason. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor to his self-employed professional activity.

We would be pleased if you would support us in processing your return. By filling out the return form enclosed with the delivery, you can significantly speed up refund or replacement delivery. Your information will help us to identify errors and to further improve our service. Please also inform us if you have received an already damaged parcel, as we may be able to make a complaint to the responsible parcel services.

All returns must be packaged for safe transport. Please use the original packaging if available.

The following options are available:

1) You may use this link  to create a label for a postal parcel. As soon as you have completed the online form, you will receive an email with a return note that can be affixed to the parcel. If the value of the returned goods is less than 40 EUR, we will charge you 4.90 EUR for the return postage. This does not apply to defective and faulty goods.

2) If you do not have a printer available, you can use the label on the return form. You can then return the goods with any parcel service. Please make sure the goods are carefully packaged and with sufficient postage. If the value of the returned goods is less than 40 EUR, we can not refund the return postage (except for faulty or defective deliveries). For all other shipments we will refund the postage up to an amount of 4,90 €.

3) Please call us if you want to return larger goods that have been delivered by a haulier. We will arrange pick up from your home.
