According to the provisions of the German Distance Selling Act, consumers may return all received goods within 4 weeks after delivery without indicating reasons. Within this period you have the opportunity to examine the article as it would have been possible in a shop. Returned articles must therefore still be as good as new. For damaged, washed or soiled items we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a purchased item, please return it first and then reorder the desired replacement.
Complaints: If an item has arrived damaged or has defects that are not due to improper use, please report this within six months after receipt on our complaints portal. The latter can be found on our website at www.Guru-Shop.de/Reklamationen. If you have taken photos of the damage, you can also upload them there. After receipt of the complaint, we will inform you by email about the further procedure.
Return costs: In accordance with our cancellation policy, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment. If the total value of the returned items is more than 40 €, we will provide a free shipping label for parcels from within Germany on our online returns portal. If the total value of the returned items is less than 40 € - and for all items sent from abroad - you can purchase a stamped shipping label at a favourable price on our online return portal. Please note: conditions for orders that have been processed by Amazon may differ, the according details can be found on your invoice or delivery note.
Resellers may return goods within one week after receipt. Depending on the condition and amount of the returned goods, we reserve the right to reduce the value of the resulting credit. Details can be found in Guru-Shop`s reseller section.
Return registration: If you wish to withdrawal from your purchase and start the return process, please use this online returns portal. After completion you will receive a return note and have the opportunity to generate a prepaid shipping label (unless shipment it is carried out by forwarding agents). After receipt, we will process your return within 10 days if previously registered on our online returns portal. Please note that the processing time for unregistered returns may take up to 4 weeks.

Please handle the goods with care. Surely you understand that we cannot take back washed, damaged, dirty or multiple worn goods. This applies in particular to contamination by make-up, deodorant, smoke or animal hair. Your right of revocation remains unaffected by this, of course, but in this case we reserve the right to claim damages in an appropriate amount.
Please return the goods to us in the original packaging if possible or use a comparable outer packaging to protect them from transport damage or soiling. Individual articles are to be packed, as far as possible or if available, in the original individual packaging. Please fold textiles in the same way as received. We thank you for your understanding.
You can either stamp returns yourself or provide them with an already stamped shipping label, which can be created here. For self-franked shipments with a value of more than 40 € please use an insured shipping method. If the value is less than 40 €, you can also send the shipment uninsured, for example as a simple letter.
For furniture and other items delivered by a forwarding agent, please order a forwarding agent of your choice to return the goods. We take over the actual costs up to 65,00 €. The actual costs can, however, be considerably higher depending on the forwarding agent and the distance to us. Please inform yourself before sending.
