If you have received defective items or something is broken within the warranty period, you can make a complaint here. The legal warranty covers product defects or defects that already existed when the goods were delivered. The warranty period is 24 months (after 6 months the customer has to prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery). Please select in the following if the damage was caused by transport and describe the defect and the circumstances as detailed as possible. If possible, please also attach photos. We will then check whether a settlement can be made without you having to send the item back.

If you want to send something back, whereby it is not a product damage, please use the Retoure Manager
