Exactly what I was looking for. I use it as a collar. As it is nice and tight. The only downside is that it is not sewn at the ends. And therefore frays and fluffs.

Very nice to use as a headband
Very nice colors, comfortable fabric, I use them every day.
... quite thin and less intended as wind protection for the ears, as the wind passes through the holes in the knitted material. I wore a thin headband underneath in fall/winter. Otherwise still quite pretty as a hair accessory.
