This paper star is made from handmade paper and embroidered with an intricate pattern. It is also decorated with gold-colored sequins. These decorative lights are handmade from various high-quality papers. They only reveal their full brilliance when lit, but are also `jewels` when unlit. They are suitable as window decorations as well as for atmospheric illumination of any living space. Each star is supplied in a folded sleeve with printed assembly instructions including a bulb spacer and can be assembled in just a few simple steps. We bought two of the stars, one for our stand and the other to hang over a lamp cable, and are very pleased with them. What we really like: - The stars are available in many different shapes and colors. - The paper is slightly thicker than the `original` from the DIY store. - The price is really reasonable if you look around for such stars. What we like less: - The quality is only average. Perhaps a few words about the quality. The yellow star closes beautifully, but the stars are not cut out properly and tear easily. The red star is much better here, but doesn`t close perfectly - but this is due to our stand. It closes perfectly without the stand. Overall, you just have to be careful when unfolding it, then it works really well. The gluing points are also ok. As with all such paper stars, the folded edges will eventually become a problem. As this happens anyway, I would always go for the cheaper models because the expensive ones don`t last much longer. Due to the price of just over 10 euros, which I paid per star, I give it 5 stars. However, I wouldn`t want to pay more because of the average quality.
Very good paper quality. Great bright Christmas red. Large star that is wonderful to light up. Bulb must be purchased separately. Only the paper star is supplied here. I would order from Gurushop again. Great processing and great product.
