This foldable paper lampshade made from lokta paper is traditionally handmade in Nepal. The handmade natural paper is block-printed in small factories and the outer sides are sewn by hand with a thin thread to form a square lampshade. Lokta paper is a natural fiber paper made from highland plants in the Himalayas. The lampshade has an uneven, pleasant surface, which is similar to that of rice paper and which radiates a warm, cozy light due to its texture. The lampshade measures approx. 18*18*28 cm and has four strings on the top that come together in the middle to hang it up.

Very decorative, a little tricky to hang up

The lampshade was delivered quickly and reliably. Superbly packaged. Unfortunately, a few threads had come loose, but they were easy to replace. It looks great in my room and I`m thinking about buying a second one from this manufacturer. Really good value for money!
